01 / PRODUCTS

One problem.
One focused system.

Sink Space products are deliberately narrow at the start. Each one exists to make a recurring real-world problem easier to understand, act on and verify.

02 / STUDIO

Not an app factory.

Sink Space is an independent software studio. New products begin with a specific recurring problem, not a feature list. The goal is to ship the smallest system that can create a useful result and then improve it against real use.

01

Start with the friction

Identify the point where people repeatedly lose clarity, evidence or momentum.

02

Ship the useful loop

Build the shortest path from input to a decision, correction or verified output.

03

Earn complexity

Add infrastructure only after real use proves that the next layer is needed.

03 / OPERATING STANDARD

Built against reality.

01

Proof over claims

If a result cannot be shown, it is not treated as finished.

02

Action over decoration

The next useful move matters more than another screen or dashboard.

03

Honest states

Live, pilot and unverified are different states and should be labelled accordingly.

04

Feedback over ego

Real user behaviour has more authority than the original product idea.

04 / INDEPENDENT BY DESIGN

Built in Perth.
Tested in the real world.

Sink Space is built by Tristan Sinclair in Perth, Western Australia. The studio is intentionally small: product decisions stay close to the people using the software, and each product has to justify its own complexity.
